Welcome to Behind Me! This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles your information. Your privacy is important to us, and we've designed Behind Me to respect it completely.

Photos and Images
We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your photos. Behind Me only accesses photos from your device's photo library that you explicitly select for editing. All editing happens locally on your device.
Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information such as:
- Name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics or tracking data
3. How We Use Your Photos
Behind Me accesses your photo library solely to:
- Allow you to select photos for editing
- Apply text-behind-object effects using on-device processing
- Add custom fonts, colors, gradients, shadows, and strokes
- Enable you to save edited photos back to your device
All processing happens locally on your device. Your photos never leave your device through our app.
4. Photo Library Access Permission
When you first use Behind Me, iOS will ask for permission to access your photo library. This permission is required for the app to function. You can:
- Grant access to all photos
- Grant access to selected photos only (recommended)
- Deny access (app features will not work)
You can change these permissions at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
5. Data Storage and Security
No Cloud Storage: We do not upload or store your photos on any servers or cloud services.
No Third-Party Services: We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any third-party services that would access your data.
Local Processing: All photo editing and processing occurs entirely on your device using iOS's built-in security features.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share your photos or any data with anyone. Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing to share. Your photos remain completely private to you.
7. Children's Privacy
Behind Me does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app can be safely used by all ages.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have complete control over your photos:
- You decide which photos to edit
- You control whether to save edited photos
- You can revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings
- Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your device
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or App Store update notes.
